SaraH joins the academy

Sarah Phillipson is joining the Larder short term to mastermind the new Food Academy.  

The Academy will offer accredited courses in food skills - for example to get people into work.

There will also be non-accredited workshops and bespoke masterclasses.

Sarah knows how to design and develop training programmes after 15 years at education giant Pearson.  She has a Masters degree from Lancaster University in food and the environment.
